Cookie Policy
What Clinic Marketing Lab stores in your browser, why it is there, and how to remove it. We keep this deliberately short and specific — no cookie wall, no third-party advertising trackers of our own.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. The short version
We use only what is needed to make the site work: remembering your preferences, keeping a live chat session, processing a booking or a payment, and telling us which pages are read. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers of our own on this site.
2. What we store on your device
Strictly necessary storage (no consent required — the site cannot work without it):
Preference and measurement storage (used only when it applies to you):
3. Third parties that set cookies
When you use a feature, the provider behind it may set its own cookies or equivalent storage. Each of these has its own policy:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and bot protection.
- Chatwoot (our own self-hosted chat) — the live chat widget and conversation history.
- Cal.com (our own self-hosted scheduling) — the booking calendar when you open it.
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention at checkout.
- Listmonk (our own self-hosted mail) — email confirmation when you subscribe.
- Analytics provider (if enabled for this site) — aggregated measurement only.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site. If we ever introduce advertising measurement, this page will be updated and a consent banner will appear before anything non-essential is set.
4. How to control or remove them
You can clear or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy, Site Data, or Storage). Blocking essential storage will break the chat, the booking calendar and checkout — everything else will still work.
You can also decline measurement storage without losing any feature of the site.
5. Questions
Email hello@clinicmarketinglab.com for anything about this policy, or to ask what we hold about you. See also our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Internal note (remove before publishing): this page is drafted from Clinic Marketing Lab's own privacy policy and the storage this site actually uses. Have it checked against your final analytics/pixel setup — in particular the cookie names and retention periods of whatever measurement tool ends up on the site, and add the consent banner wording before advertising measurement goes live.
